Paragraph 26 Person formerly members of the National Health Service Pension Scheme

Despite the revocation of TPR 1997 Part 6 of Schedule 10 to those Regulations continues to have effect in relation to persons to whom that Schedule applied before the commencement date F1, and a break in pensionable service following the termination of such a person's employment by reason of that person's compulsory redundancy is not “a break in pensionable employment” for the purposes of paragraph 37(c) of that Part.
