Paragraph 8 does not apply to paragraph 8(6) of Schedule 4 to those Regulations.
(2)
If Part 1 of Schedule 4 to those Regulations applies to a person who had attained the age of 60 when he ceased to hold his employment, the amount of payment is based on the actuarial equivalent.
