Section 39 Expenses and payments into Exchequer.

(1)

There shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament—

a), (b)

any increase attributable to the provisions of this Act in the sums payable out of moneys provided by Parliament under any other enactment.

(2)

There shall be paid into the Exchequer—

(c)

any increase attributable to the provisions of this Act in the sums payable into the Exchequer under any other enactment.
