Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Teachers' Superannuation (Amendment) Regulations 1988, and shall come into force on 1st September 1988, but regulation 7 shall have effect as from 6th April 1988.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Teachers' Superannuation Regulations 1976^f1, and unless the context otherwise requires expressions which are also used in the principal Regulations have the same meaning as they have in those Regulations.
