Regulation 11 Entitlement to long-term family benefits

Regulation E25(4) of the principal Regulations is amended–

(a)

by substituting for the words from “who is not” to “have effect” the words “not falling within paragraph (3)”, and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (d), by substituting for the words “, any period falling within paragraph (3)(e)” the words “and a transfer value offered in respect of him was accepted under regulation F5, any period counting as reckonable service by virtue of the receipt of the transfer value”.
