Regulation 17 Pensionable employment
Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations is amended–
(a)
by substituting–
(i)
in paragraphs 1 and 25, for the words “establishment of further education”, and
(ii)
in paragraph 5, for the words “establishment providing further education”,
the words “institution providing further education or higher education (or both)”; and
(b)
by adding at the end of paragraph 24 the following:
“or
the National Educational Resources Information Service.”.
