Regulation 20 Payments of benefits
Regulation E31(4)(b) of the principal Regulations is amended—
(a)
in paragraph (4)(b), by inserting after the words “on the” the words “day before the”;
(b)
in paragraph (6), by substituting for the words “the date” the words “the day following the one”;
(c)
in paragraph (7)(b), by substituting for the words “last due date” the words “day following the last due date”; and
(d)
in paragraph (8)(a), by deleting the words “the day before”.
