Regulation 5 Salary on which contributions are payable - election

In regulation C1A–

(a)

in paragraph (1 ) for “A teacher” there shall be substituted “Subject to paragraph (12) a teacher”; and

(b)

after paragraph (11) there shall be inserted the following paragraph:–

“(12)

Paragraph (1) shall not apply where a teacher is in pensionable employment by virtue of regulation B8.”.
