Regulation 9 Amendment of the Teachers' Superannuation (Scotland) Regulations 2005

Regulation C2 (salary on which contributions are payable – election) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (6)(c)(i) for “regulation C8 or C9” substitute “regulation C9”.

Omit paragraph (11).

For paragraph (12) substitute–

“(12)

Paragraph (1) shall not apply where a teacher was in pensionable employment (before 2nd December 2006) by virtue of regulation B9 as it had effect before 1st April 2007.”.
