Paragraph 10 I1

Paragraph 45(2) (publicity) is to have effect as if for paragraph (b) there were substituted—

“(b)

a member of the further education body,

(ba)

the clerk to the further education body,

(bb)

the chief executive of the relevant institution,

(bc)

any senior post holder or principal of the relevant institution, and”.
