Paragraph 16 I1

Paragraph 61 is to have effect as if the following were substituted for it—

“61

The education administrator—

(a)

may appoint or remove the clerk to the further education body,

(b)

may appoint or remove the chief executive of the relevant institution, and

(c)

may appoint or remove the principal of the relevant institution.”
