Paragraph 41 (dismissal of administrative or other receiver) is to have effect as if—
(a)
sub-paragraph (1) were omitted;
(b)
in sub-paragraph (3), “administrative receiver or” and “(1) or” were omitted;
(c)
in sub-paragraph (4)(a) and (b), “administrative receiver or” were omitted.
