This Order may be cited as the Tees Valley Combined Authority (Functions and Amendment) Order 2017.

Save as provided for in paragraph (3), this Order comes into force on 8th May 2017.

Article 8(3)(d)(ii) comes into force on the day after the day on which the Order is made.
