Regulation 5 Data protection

Regulation 7(5) of the principal Regulations is amended by the deletion of the words “relevant regulatory provisions on the protection of data including the protection of personal data" and the substitution of the words “ section 101 of the Act, the Data Protection Act 1998 M1 and the Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 1999 ”M2.
