Regulation 7 Collocation and facility sharing

Regulation 10(1) of the principal Regulations is amended by the insertion after the words “use of property" of the words “ in accordance with sections 34 to 40 of, and paragraphs 2 to7 of Schedule 2 to, the Act. ”.
