Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

• “the Act” means the Telecommunications Act 1984;

• “bank holiday” means any day which is a bank holiday in England and Wales under section 1 of and Schedule 1 to the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971^f1; and

• “registers” means the registers kept by the Director under sections 19, 21 and 23 of the Act.
