Paragraph 4 Conditions for attachment of terminal equipment

This shall include a complete overview of requirements for terminal equipment as regulated by and under the Act and regulations made under section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972, in line with the provisions of Directive 91/263/EECf1, including, where appropriate, conditions concerning customer premises wiring and location of the network termination point.
