Paragraph 9
F1In Article 20 of the M1Nature Conservation and Amenity Lands (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 (marine nature reserves)—
in paragraph (1) for the words “in or adjacent to Northern Ireland up to the seaward limits of territorial waters” there shall be substituted the words “ which are landward of the baselines from which the breadth of the territorial sea adjacent to Northern Ireland is measured or are seaward of those baselines up to a distance of three nautical miles ”; and
in paragraph (6) before the definition of “relevant body” there shall be inserted the following definition—
“
“nautical miles” means international nautical miles of 1,852 metres;”.
