The M1Criminal Justice (Children) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 shall be amended as follows.

In Article 12(4) (release on bail) for “section 3 of the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1996” substitute “ section 67 of the Terrorism Act 2000 ”.
