England and Wales
(1)
The Welsh Ministers must publish a statement setting out their strategic priorities for and in connection with tertiary education and research and innovation.
(2)
The Welsh Ministers may at any time amend the statement published under subsection (1) (including by replacing it entirely).
(3)
The Welsh Ministers must publish any amendments they make to the statement.
