Section 30 Proportionate conditions etc.I1

I2(1)
The Commission must ensure that—
(a)
the requirements specified under section 27(2), and
(b)
all ongoing registration conditions,
are proportionate to the Commission’s assessment of the risks posed.
I3(2)
In light of its duty under subsection (1), the Commission must keep all ongoing registration conditions under review.
