Section 48 Publication of approved fee limit statementI1I2

Where the Commission has approved a fee limit statement, the governing body of the provider to which the statement relates must publish the statement (and any approved variation or replacement of the statement).

In discharging its duty under subsection (1), the governing body must have regard to the need to make the statement easily accessible to students and prospective students.
