Article 13 Revocation and saving
The Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) Order 1995f1 and the Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) (Amendment) Order 1995f2 are hereby revoked, but without prejudice to the application of articles 5 to 8 of the Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) Order 1995 in relation to the enforcement of article 2 of that Order.
