Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 2 (minerals) to the 1981 Act, except for paragraph 8(3) of that Schedule, are incorporated in this Order subject to the modifications set out in paragraph (2).

Omit “acquiring authority” wherever that expression occurs and substitute “undertaker” in each case.
