Regulation 9 Amendment of the Tir Mynydd (Wales) Regulations 2001

In regulation 16 (Powers of authorised persons) in paragraph (3) —

(1)

in sub-paragraph (c), delete the word “and”;

(2)

in sub-paragraph (d), for the punctuation mark “.” substitute the punctuation mark and word “; and”; and

(3)

after sub-paragraph (d), insert the following sub-paragraph —

“(e)

carry out any inspection or examination necessary for the purposes of determining whether the Code of Good Farming Practice has been complied with.”.
