Article 2 Additions to the list of prescribed conservation bodies

Part II of the Schedule to the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Order 2003^f1 (other bodies) is amended by inserting, in the appropriate places according to alphabetical order, the following bodies:–

• Dundee Historic Environment Trust;

• Inverness City Heritage Trust;

• Sir Henry Wade’s Pilmuir Trust.
