Section 195 General provision as to receipts of Minister

Without prejudice to the last preceding section, and subject to the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-two of this Act, any sums received by the Minister—

(a)

under any provision of this Act, or

(b)

in respect of the payment of a development charge,

shall be paid into the Exchequer.
