Article 1 Citation, commencement, application and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2004 and comes into force on 1 September 2004.

This Order applies to Wales.
(3)
In this Order, “the 1995 Order” means the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995f1.
