Article 1 Citation, commencement, application and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Welsh Forms) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 14th February 1996.

This Order applies only in respect of land in Wales.

In this Order—

• “the Act”means the Town and Country Planning Act 1990;

• “the principal Order”means the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995^f1;

• “land”has the meaning it has in the Act.
