Scotland

This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Development) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1990 and shall be included amongst the Orders which may be cited together as the Town and Country Planning (General Development) (Scotland) Orders 1981 to 1990^f1.

This Order shall come into force on 31st March 1990.
