Section 20 Provisions as to orders under this Act.

The powers to make orders conferred on the Minister by this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.

An order under this Act may contain such incidental and consequential provisions as appear to the Minister to be expedient, including provisions for the transfer and compensation of officers.
