Paragraph 6

In subsection (1) of section 9 (distinctiveness requisite for registration in Part A), the words “(other than a certification trade mark)” shall be omitted.

In subsection (2) of that section (meaning of “distinctive”), for the words from “distinguish” to “subsists” there shall be substituted the words “distinguish services with the provision of which the proprietor is or may be connected, in the course of business, from services with the provision of which he is not so connected”.
