The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 54 and 79 of the Trade Marks Act 1994^f1 (“the Act”), of the power conferred on her by the Department of Trade and Industry (Fees) Order 1988^f2, and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Rules:—
