Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks (Fees) Rules 2008 and shall come into force on 1st October 2008.

(2)

These Rules shall be construed as one with the Trade Marks Rules 2008 M1 (“the 2008 Rules”).
