The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 54 of the Trade Marks Act 1994f1.
In accordance with paragraph 24 of Schedule 7 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007f2, the Secretary of State has consulted the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council before making this Order.
