Paragraph 4 I1

Where the Secretary of State publishes a goods graduation notice under regulation 18(1)—

(a)

the goods graduation notice must be published on or before 30th September of the year preceding the year in which the suspension begins;

(b)

the suspension of the SP rate must begin on 1st January following the publication of the goods graduation notice;

(c)

the period of suspension cannot exceed 3 years (unless extended by further notice).
