United Kingdom
An appeal shall lie, in accordance with F2Section 136(2) of the M1Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978, to the Employment Appeal Tribunal on any question of law arising in any proceedings before or arising from any decision of the Certification Officer under section 3, 4 or 5 of this Act.
