Regulation 9 Amendment to regulation 10 (conditions attached to permits)

In regulation 10—

(a)

in paragraph (2), for “under that paragraph include” substitute “are those”; and

(b)

after paragraph (5) insert—

“(6)

Where a condition is to be specified in a permit the Permit Authority shall use the wording and numbering for that type of condition set out in the Guidance.”.
