Regulation 11 Traffic cone

A traffic cone shall consist of a device which—

(a)

complies with the requirements of regulation 44(1) of the 1994 Regulations; and

(b)

is of the size, colour and type of the traffic sign shown in diagram 7101 in Schedule 12 to the 1994 Regulations.
