This Order is supplemental to the West Manchester Light Railways Orders 1899 to 1906, the Trafford Park Acts 1904 to 1922 and the Trafford Park Railway Order 1995.

The purpose of the Order is to increase the maximum permitted axle weight of any engine, carriage or truck using the Trafford Park Railway from 16 ton (16.26 tonnes) to 25 tonnes.

Copies of this Order are available for inspection free of charge, Mondays to Fridays, between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. at the following offices:
