Article 4 Abolition of tribunals transferred under section 30(1)I1

The tribunals listed in Table 1 and Table 2 of Schedule 1 are abolished except for—
(a)
appeal tribunals constituted under Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Social Security Act 1998 in respect of Scotland for the purposes of the function described in article 3(3)(a); and
(b)
the Social Security Commissioners in respect of Scotland for the purposes of the function described in article 3(3)(b).
