(1)

Where this regulation applies, a person may make written representations concerning a decision within 21 days of notification of the decision to a person appointed for the purpose by the Secretary of State.

(2)

The appointed person shall report in writing to the Secretary of State.

(3)

The Secretary of State shall give to the appellant written notification of her final determination and the reasons for it.
