The Secretary of State shall not kill any sheep or goat, or destroy any ovum or embryo, under this Schedule until—

(a)

she has received written notification from the person on whom the notice is served that that person has no intention to proceed with an appeal;

(b)

after the 21 day period for appeal under regulation 14 is completed; or

(c)

if there is an appeal, the appeal is determined or withdrawn.
