Section 96 Short title and commencement.
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Transport Act 1962.

Subject to any other provision of this Act, this Act shall come into force on such date as the Minister may by order contained in a statutory instrument appoint, and the Minister may under this subsection appoint different dates for different provisions of this Act.
