Paragraph 6

The obligations of the Corporation transferred by virtue of section 45 include any obligation of the Corporation to comply with a determination of the Minister under paragraph 8(1) of Schedule 1 to the M1Transport Act 1962 relating to the pension (within the meaning of that Act) payable to or in respect of a former member of the Corporation.
