Paragraph 3
In section 29(6) for the words from “subsection (2) of the said section” to the end substitute “ subsection (1)(b) of the said section 7 or, as the case may be, to an order under subsection (1)(b) of the said section 8 making such provision as is mentioned in the said section 7(1)(b), but as if for the reference in subsection (6)(a) of the said section 8 to the Railways Board there were substituted a reference to the Scottish Group and the Railways Board ”.
