Section 34 Obligatory test certificates for passsenger-carrying vehicles.C1
In section 44 of the M1 Road Traffic Act 1972 (obligatory test certificates), in subsection (4) (excluded classes of vehicles) the following words (which relate to the exclusion of large public service vehicles) shall be omitted—
(a)
the words from “to public service vehicles” to “passengers or” ; and
(b)
the words from “but shall apply” onwards.
