Section 43 Amendments of other Acts.C1
The provisions of the 1960 Act mentioned in Part I of Schedule 5, and the enactments specified in Part II of that Schedule, shall have effect subject to the amendments there specified, being minor amendments and amendments consequential on the provisions of this Part.
