The 1st November 1982 is hereby appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Transport Act 1981 come into force, namely—

  • Section 19,

  • Section 20,

  • Schedule 7,

  • Schedule 9, paragraphs 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 15,

  • Schedule 12, Part III, the items relating to sections 93(3) and (5) and 177(2) of the Road Traffic Act 1972.

  • Section 30(1) and (2) so far as it relates to the above provisions.
