Article 2

The 1st November 1982 is hereby appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Transport Act 1982 come into force, namely:—

Sections 16, 58, 60, 61, 68, 70 and 72 (so far as it relates to sections 53 and 54).

Schedule 5, paragraphs 25 and 26;

Schedule 6 insofar as it relates to section 72(2) and (4) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1967.
